Several good pubs and restaurants within 7 minutes drive and only 5 miles from Newbury centre. Tennis court available. Ideally situated for touring as London, Oxford, Windsor for Legoland, Bath, Winchester and Stonehenge are all about 1 hours drive.

By Road:
Leave M4 at exit 13 and take A34 towards Winchester. Leave at exit signed Highclere and Wash Common and turn left towards Newbury (this is first exit after last Newbury exit). Take first left to Ball Hill and East Woodhay. Take first right after approximately half a mile called Andover Drove. At the T junction, turn left and Barn House is on the right after approximately one and a half miles. Enter through the second set of wooden gates.
