A beautiful cottage with every modern convenience on a farm 5 miles from Newbury Centre. It has its own garden with outdoor sitting area and barbecue and is surrounded by outstanding open country views and walks on the grassland farm. There is a large sitting/dining room/kitchen with a log burner and another separate sitting room and a cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs there is one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 singles and one bedroom with 1 single bed and a bathroom. It is all newly decorated and has double glazing and central heating throughout the house so is warm and comfortable year round. There is a tennis court available for guests use.
There are several good pubs and restaurants within a short drive and Newbury is ideally situated for touring as it is approximately 1 hour from London,Oxford, Winchester, the Cotswolds, Windsor (Legoland), Bath and Stonehenge.

By Road:
Leave M4 at J13 and take A34 towards Winchester. Leave at exit signed Highclere and Wash Common and turn left towards Newbury. Take first left to Ball Hill and East Woodhay. Take first right after approximately half a mile called Andover Drove. At the T junction, turn left and after 1½ miles the cottage is on the left through the farm gate and up the concrete track immediately after Enborne Street Farm house on the right.
By Public Transport:
Railway station 4 miles away. Enborne Street Farm is in a rural situation and there is no local public transport. Newbury railway station is approximately 4 miles away by car or taxi and the nearest bus stop is over 1 mile away.
