The bedrooms are well appointed and have their own tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron, TV and Free wireless intenet facilities.
For breakfast you can try our full English, freshly cooked in the Aga, or just enjoy a coffee and toast.

For the golfer there is a choice of several courses nearby and Newbury also boasts one of the country’s leading racecourses. The picturesque, famous Watermill Theatre is just a short drive away, with the town centre being just a 15 minute walk, where a wide choice of places to eat can be found. Large private car park.
