Photo of Queen Anne House at Welford Park

It is believed the snowdrops at Welford Park were planted by the Norman monks to decorate their Church for the feast of Candlemas, and also for medicinal use. Generations of visitors have been enjoying the breathtaking display of snowdrops for decades, and these stunning little flowers can be found in 5 acres of beech woodland alongside the River Lambourn and also in formal gardens around the picturesque Queen Anne House.
